Naomi spent her early childhood at the Emilia Foundation, a private organization that supports young children in its care.When she turned five, she met Wright Hunter, a wealthy businessman and chairman of one of the biggest companies in South Korea. He was a single father who had promised his late wife that he would adopt a daughter before she passed away from illness. Naomi was adopted by him and began living with him and his son, Ace, who is the present CEO of the company.Even as a curious young child, Naomi understood that the Hunters were not her biological family. One day, she asked her adoptive father if she could meet her real family. After years of searching, they finally found them—the Zobels. Her biological father, Alejandro Zobel III, is a Spanish-Filipino businessman and head of the Zobel de Ayala Corporation. Her mother, Meng Yao Tan, is a wealthy Chinese artist. Upon meeting them, Naomi also met her siblings and grew close to them. Although this reunion made her feel more complete, she never left the family that raised her. She continues to live with the Hunters and regularly visits her biological family for gatherings and special occasions.Despite her complex background, Naomi has proven that she is more than just the daughter of well-known figures—she is a hardworking and talented artist in her own right. She graduated from an all-girls Catholic high school and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Art History, from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her passion for art and history led her to become the Head Art Curator at Xu Gallerie in Angono, Rizal, a position she still holds today.Now, she is turning her dreams into reality as she debuts as an artist and works toward opening her own gallery.
